GROW
It is a community of persons working towards mental health through mutual help and a 12 step program of recovery. The people have experienced depression, anxiety or other mental or emotional distress (including loss of a loved one, job or a relationship). The 12 step program of recovery is based on common rules for healthy living and proven, experience based and research validated, steps for recovery and personal growth. Meetings are run by the members themselves (weekly, for about 2 hours). GROW also runs a live-in rehabilitation program for members experiencing a mental illness alone, or mental illness coupled with substance abuse or alcohol dependence. Its aim is to develop members' own resources for living in the general community.

It is a group of researchers and clinicians concerned with anxiety and depression. CRUFAD is a joint facility of St Vincent's Hospital Ltd and the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
